WorkReel: Revolutionizing the way young people prepare for the future, one person at a time.

WorkReel is an online database that will showcase vlogs and advice from employees under a variety of professions. What interested our team in starting WorkReel was how the problem we were tackling concerned the future of millions of children. With our team being a part of the future workforce, we were inclined to make a change for the better. The opportunity to change the lives of the youth was astronomical when compared to finding an idea that was solely based on financial greed. Once our team came to the realization that a majority of children grades K-12 were going to be working for big name companies, our call to action was to lead children into fulfilling careers. In addition, being high schoolers, we witnessed individuals in our area regret the decisions they made in the past. We at WorkReel hope to eliminate the cycle of regret surrounding careers

• Thinker and Do-er person 
• Abundance with idea and initiative working as a team 
• Active, helpful and collaborative person (not passive person)
 • Good time-management skills 
• Communicative (good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders) 
• Proficiency in English 
• Have competency to do their chosen role/position
• Open web standards technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including jQuery, Vue JS and other libraries.
