Hi!

The UK government spends over £10bn a year on international aid, but we still don’t really know which projects are most effective. Lots of machine-readable data on *spending* is published to the IATI website, but there is no dataset of project *effectiveness* – just hundreds of individual project webpages containing individual project Annual Reviews on https://devtracker.dfid.gov.uk

I’m looking for someone to help me turn those hundreds of webpages into a dataset that we can actually analyse and learn something from.
