TLDR: A database of LGBTQ+-friendly social services around Asia that can be easily accessed by individuals when in need
Requirements
1. To improve searchability and accessibility to the information about LGBTQ+-friendly social services in Asia
2. Easy to navigate, even for someone who may be from a rural region of Thailand
3. Easily manageable backend so someone with minimal coding experience can update the database
4. Ensure safety and privacy of individuals seeking help and the organizations that provide the service from those against LGBTQ+ communities.
Part of the solution I need is a form or chatbot based search function, where users can input what they are looking for and results are returned accordingly. Dialogflow by Google is quite compelling, but it is a bit too complicated for me to develop.
I am open to revisiting the solution and user journey, but all I ask is an openness to understanding the needs of the target group as we are all learning as we go along
