Project description:

Ablaze is an independent charity in Bristol that exists to tackle inequality of opportunity for young people in the West of England. We do this by harnessing the skills of business volunteers to support and empower the learning and professional development of young people who are under-served, under-estimated, disengaged and lacking social collateral to spark their boundless potential. We broker, train, and manage volunteer-lead mentoring programmes for students in schools in deprived areas. Our two flagship programmes are Reading & Number Partners and Career Mentoring.

We are a small team and none of us have much experience or skills in website design/SEO. We did some work on updating our website earlier in the year with a web developer, but we still feel it needs much improvement. We feel the overall look of the website is dated still and message is not clear enough. We unfortunately lack the budget to go use a paid service again, so we are looking for some help!

Our website does not appear even in the first 3 pages of a google search for ‘corporate volunteering Bristol’, for which we are a major provider. We do not understand how to improve the SEO of our website and need some help with this as well.
