Hello everyone,
During the war in Ukraine my charity has donated a lot of food and provided housing and transportation for Ukrainians in need who have been evacuating occupied territories. Now, we want to help Ukrainians be able to access more food and at the same time decrease the amount of money they spend on food everyday. A lot of Ukrainians barely have money for food while others in an ideal world would spend less on food and try to have an emergency fund for rebuilding their lives once the war is over. We have agreements with supermarkets and restaurants and have everything in place for our idea to start. Ukrainians would be able to purchase food at a 50-75% discounted rate from restaurants and supermarkets. The only thing we are missing is creating an app for this where Ukrainians can register and start saving. The revenue from this would be used to continue helping victims in Ukraine. This would solve food poverty and at the same time reduce food waste. Unfortunately we do not have the funds to pay a company to create this app as the costs a company would charge us would be very expensive. This is our reason for coming here and hoping someone can help us or guide is in the right direction

Only devices running Android can run Android apps. Only devices running iOS can run iOS apps. The comment by Eric Chase says that 75% of devices in Ukraine use Android, which suggests that more people would have access to this app if it is designed for Android rather than iOS.
The description makes the project seem better served by a Web app than a mobile app. Any device with access to the Web can use a Web-app. These devices include internet-connected devices running Android or iOS.

The description doesn’t follow real world statistics. 75% of the mobile market in Ukraine is held by Android. Why would you target the <25% of iPhone users?

I do not know how to code an IOS app. What about just a web application?
