Project description:

Eleutherios is a platform, that lets people or businesses serve one another, or participate in the same forum or request via the internet. It does this by giving end users the ability to create a forum or request that can scale. I.e. contain indefinite number of a sub-forums or sub-requests.

For example, a person might register with the system and create a public forum or request for some food. A dietitian, could register themselves in that same forum or request and create several sub-forums or sub-requests, for a fruit service, vegetable service and a dry foods service. These services, could in turn create sub-forums or sub-requests of their own. Each service, self-managing or being responsible for their own forums or requests, whilst helping to serve or self-manage the entire forum or request.

Eleutherios is built with an HTML/javascript (Angular) frontend and node.js (nosql/firebase) backend.

Features:

1. forum within a forum (horizontal scalability).
2. tags for filtering forums or services (search).
3. alerts to keep users informed as to when new forums or services are created in the system (notifications).
4. blocking to prevent unwanted services or users from serving in forums they have been asked not to serve in, or for requesting services that they have been asked not to request (accountability).
