I am looking to build a Dance Festival Management System for use by non profit festivals and looking to develop it in a phased approach, Phase 1 being the entry management element.
It needs to be web based so that dance schools can create a login and then submit dancers along with selecting the dances they will be entering and uploading the music for it. They will also need to view and amend any entries they make.
The festival administrator will need to administer user accounts.
The festival administrator will need to be able to create and amend the dance syllabus for different styles and age categories for solo, duet, trio/quartet and groups.
The festival administrator will need to be able to see all entries for all dance schools and have the ability to amend details.
Once entries have closed the festival administrator will need to export all entries into xlsx to create the running order and program for the festival.
