Coding project would develop an app that would allow interactions along four personas: borrowers, funders (donors), community leaders (who validate loans based on trust), and business mentors. The end goal is to create capital for *qualified* entrepreneurs who are validated by community leaders and business mentors. Funders do not get repaid direcly but get a charity score and are highlighted on a special funders page.
