You Can Thrive!

This short project would support You Can Thrive! (YCT), a NYC-based non-profit that provides pathways to free holistic health services to individuals diagnosed with cancer. 

Background

In order to secure vital funding that supports critical day-to-day operating costs, YCT collects outcome data that tracks Thriver outcomes as the individual navigates the 3-month Thriver program. This outcome data, collected using a cloud based survey tool, is used to inform grant proposals which highlight data-driven positive outcomes for individuals who participate in the Thriver program.

Your Task

• Thriver programs and program appointments are facilitated through the MindBody
• What we need is our cloud-based survey tool, which collects vital outcome data, to be triggered to send to individuals at specific appointment intervals (e.g. First Appointment, Last Appointment at the end of 3 months, etc.)
• You would set up these triggers using the MindBody API, and utilizing the parameters for sending the survey that we would provide you
• Any object-based programming language would work in accordance with the MindBody API documentation
