Hi there. I’m Pradeep, a Software Engineer with two years of experience. Outside of engineering I enjoy meditating, reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
Engineering is a second career for me. Prior to engineering I worked with clients in Financial Services. So why did I make the switch. I found my self in a good job with a good career path, but I wasn’t very excited about where I was going. At the time, and even now, tech was ripe with opportunities so I decided to dig a bit deeper.
My inquisitiveness led me down to sites like Khan Academy, and Free code camp. These are the websites where I wrote my first lines of code. The experience was empowering, I was hooked, and my curiosity continued to grow. I started to learn more about the community as a whole, and I was very captivated by it. From there I started to think about the impact I could make as a software engineer and that’s when I decided to take the leap
Learning how to code has had an incredible impact on my life. I have opportunities today that I would of never had. As result, I want to give back, and donate code where I can.
