I’m a .net developer who likes adventure and has grown fat sitting at his desk and playing video games at home.
I like being active and out hiking, scuba diving, biking etc. I can’t anymore because of a knee injury from skiing two years ago.
I work as a consultant and keep moving across states. This is a good way for me to give back as it is not location dependent.
I felt that i should probably volunteer my services for people and help others. I do see that a great website helps tons. Today, when you go to a website, their design and application flow is what makes or breaks the deal for customers. No one knows if the company has 1/10/10000 employees. It’s the website that counts.
Also, i think it’s a great way for me to keep in touch with my programming skills.
