Hi! My name is Jason, and I am a full stack software developer who has recently graduated from Makers Academy, one of London’s top coding bootcamps.
Now I am looking to give back to the tech community by volunteering my time and skills to:
Previously in my career, I qualified as an actuary. Therefore I have a very highly analytical mindset. Furthermore, balancing full time work whilst studying for the exams has developed my time management skills, which will now be very important for balancing the opportunities I volunteer for alongside my other responsibilities.
Before that, I worked as an English teacher. I would relish the chance to carry on mentoring people, but this time in coding.
