I have provided IT support for 17+ years; database design/management, web development, and general tech solution development for the last 10 years. My background is rooted in the physical world: I spent ten years as a facility and infrastructure design engineer and project/construction manager. As the designated “computer guy” in the construction trailer, I learned how to bridge the gap between humans and technology. Over time I transitioned into managing the digital world, bringing with me a healthy respect for the user experience through all stages of marketing, needs assessment, solution development, and maintenance and support.
I enjoy web design and development, carpentry, and finding ways of making life easier for the people around me. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, I love observing and creating Haida art.
