I’m the director of onsite operations for a nationally known programming boot camp. Prior to my current role, I worked at NASA Langley as a web programmer and senior applications developer for nearly a decade.
I manage a team of a few dozen programmers and instructors, and I am allowing them to use their paid time to contribute to charities and organizations in need of web development services. Not only do I want them giving back to society, but also learning, staying sharp, and making an impact.
