About The For Baby’s Sake Trust
The For Baby’s Sake Trust is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting parents to break the cycle of domestic abuse and create positive futures for their babies. Our pioneering programme works with parents from pregnancy onwards, focusing on both the person using abusive behaviour and the person experiencing abuse, so that babies can be raised in safer, more nurturing environments.

We are passionate about our mission, but we need to ensure our digital presence supports our efforts to reach more people, raise crucial funds, and spread awareness about our cause.

Project Overview
We are seeking pro-bono support to enhance our digital capabilities across a number of areas. Our goals are to increase engagement, improve donor conversion, and reach wider audiences. We are looking for skilled individuals who can assist with the following:

1. Website Refresh
   We need a fresh and engaging look for our website that aligns with our mission, improves user experience, and boosts conversions. The refresh should focus on:

   • Optimising the site for donations.
   • Improving navigation and accessibility.
   • Creating a mobile-friendly design.
   • Ensuring the website is easy to update by our internal team.

2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
   We require SEO enhancements to improve our visibility online. This includes:

   • A comprehensive audit of our current SEO performance.
   • Implementing changes to improve our search rankings for key terms related to domestic abuse support and charity donations.
   • Providing training or resources for our team to maintain SEO performance.

3. Google Ad Grants Account Management
   We are enrolled in Google’s Ad Grants programme, but we need help managing and optimising our account to get the most from this resource. Key areas include:

   • Developing effective ad campaigns aligned with our goals.
   • Improving keyword selection and targeting to increase traffic and engagement.
   • Monitoring and adjusting the campaigns to maximise performance.

4. Social Media Strategy
   We want to refine our social media strategy to reach new audiences on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We are looking for support with:

   • Developing tailored strategies for each platform.
   • Growing our followers and engagement rates.
   • Creating a content plan that resonates with new and diverse audiences, while staying true to our mission and values.
