Project description:

Cherished Tails Senior Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 animal rescue for senior pets. We want to create a database so that we can have all our records online because we are growing quickly. Since July 2017, we have helped over 325 animals and adopted over 200. Another successful rescue has an open-source code ophrescue/RescueRails that they use with Ruby on Rails. We would like to also have the same database through our website cherishedtails.weebly.com. We aren’t sure how hard this will be to get off the ground,  how much it will cost to maintain, and are open to suggestions. We don’t need the public website for RescueRails, just the private system to manage animals, adopters, fosters, medications, ect.
