We currently have a E1 (not for profit) Office 365 platform which we use for email and CRM. As we provide public services, some of our data is of a sensitive nature. This is held on an on premise server which staff connect to via remote access. The remote access server was originally designed for up to ten users to connect to concurrently but with people working from home the demand has increase and the connectivity stability has reduced. This is especially with a bandwidth of 80MB down and 20MB up.
The project we need specialist help in is to migrate the sensitive data to SharePoint and secure its access using InTune. Having the files stored within SharePoint removes the single point failures and increases accessibility allowing us to keep up services to the public.
