Our application allows veterans to submit one general application that immediately matches them with resources they prequalify for. This takes out the guessing on the veterans side – a lot of times veterans don’t know what they need and based on their application they can see what resources are available to them for support. A veteran might have more than one need at any given time.
For the resources this takes out the time invested in calling a veteran, figuring out that the veteran needs and then compiling all their information that make take weeks to retrieve all the while having several open cases.
