    C# Microfinance Platform

    Hi, we are building a c# microfinance platform in Laos and are looking for coders, code reviewers, postgresql and db administrators to enhance our small team and give insight how to do it right. 

    Laos is one of the least developed countries in the world and we do not have a great pool of developers. Also people do not have a chance in the rural areas to save / loan money.
